Why detection of faulty nozzles is important and
how it functions?

Detection of jet failure is important in most inkjet applications. By using the piezo self-sensing, the faulty nozzle can be detected within one second and the possible causes of the jet failures can be identified. PSd20s has the inkjet driver for Fujiflm Dimatix Q-class that has self-sensing capability. It can print and monitor the jetting status in real time.
